WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this exciting role you will be managing the relationship between our agency and our client(s) ensuring a successful partnership through program performance and unparalleled service. The Client Success Account Manager (CSM) will work closely with each department, primarily the director of each department, to create programs that address and meet the client’s marketing objectives. The CSM will be responsible for the communications between clients; ensuring projects are done on time and performed at the highest level of quality.


Below is a list of responsibilities that a CSM would be required to do on frequent basis...

  • Create and develop opportunities with existing clients maximizing account and revenue growth.
  • Build a pipeline of future work and ensure that the company’s existing client revenue target is achieved.
  • Provide input into the strategic direction and associated tactics of clients’ accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives.
  • Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Negotiate beneficial and competitive rates and contracts with client procurement teams.
  • Manage tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A successful candidate would have a deep understanding of various digital programs and offerings, specifically with SEM, SEO, Web Development. They would be strategic and have an aptitude for problem solving and data analytics. In addition to…   

  • 3-5 years’ experience in client management and customer service, ideally in digital marketing.
  • Exemplary client services skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal communications skills, with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm when presenting.
  • Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, SOW and budget preparations
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
